Our Story
S7 Security was built on a clear vision: create meaningful careers for veterans and former law enforcement officers while delivering professional security services that truly safeguard people and property.
Our founder, a former Navy SEAL, began with executive protection, helping fellow service members apply their skills in the private sector. That expertise quickly revealed a critical gap in construction security, and S7 expanded to protect multi-million dollar projects from theft, vandalism, and costly disruptions. From there, our work grew to cover residential communities, retail centers and executive clients across multiple states.
Leadership that Embodies Our Values
In March 2023, S7 Security company faced an unexpected transition with the passing of our founder. To keep the vision alive, two leaders stepped forward: Joe Waring, a former law enforcement detective and hostage negotiator, and Paige Tabor, a Navy veteran with deep expertise in HR and risk management.
Together, they restructured operations, strengthened client service, and built a foundation for sustainable growth. Their leadership ensures that S7 remains focused on integrity, professionalism, an creating opportunities for our team.
